At Cerabed, we deliver our products across India through reliable and trusted courier partners.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• The estimated delivery period ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
• For products that are out of stock or custom-made, dispatch and delivery timelines may extend to 4–6 weeks or as communicated during order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available for most locations across India.
• For remote or limited-service areas, extra courier charges may apply. Customers in such regions can contact us at support@cerabed.in to confirm exact delivery costs.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch & Handling

• Orders placed before 1 PM on working days are typically shipped the same day, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and security checks.
• Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
• Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
• Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch and an additional 8–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Delivery Exceptions & Delays

• While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control. However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues promptly.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain rural areas where courier services are unavailable or may require additional time.

Customized Orders

• Orders requiring personalization or engraving will need an extra 10 working days before shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

• If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately for a replacement.
• If an incorrect item is delivered, please do not open the package and contact us right away. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
